It’s been a pleasure working with Rachel for the past few years as we have begun to travel farther afield. She was most helpful booking our first Ama Waterways river cruise and answered all our questions promptly and professionally. We were quite concerned about getting the right travel insurance and Rachel researched all options and came up with the perfect coverage. The trip was fantastic and because Rachel had personal experience with Ama, she provided us with great information that proved invaluable. She has also helped us book hotel rooms for other trips, finding us good rates and nice accommodations every time. After doing some research for us, Rachel recently booked a second Ama river cruise for this coming spring. Once again, she did the research and found us what we anticipate will be the perfect getaway.
